CCPB operates as a certification and inspection body for agrifood and non-food prod...ucts resulting from organic, eco-compatible and eco-sustainable production. The CCPB has all the necessary accreditations and authorisations for carrying out its activities. These include authorisation from the Italian Ministry for Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies for conformity with European Regulation EC 834/07 on organic farming, accreditation according to UNI CEI EN 45011 Standard and authorisations in the USA, Japan, Canada, Switzerland, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Norway, Brazil and Korea. The logo "Controllo Biologico" (Organic Inspection) can only be issued to companies that are members of the "Consorzio il Biologico" (Organic Consortium) that comply with the latter's articles of association.
